Health Hue Digital is a marketing and technology agency that works with medical spas and aesthetic clinics. This Policy covers information we collect about our own clients, prospective clients and website visitors. It does not cover the patients of the clinics we work with: any message a clinic sends to its patients is sent by that clinic under its own privacy policy and consent records.

By providing your mobile number to Health Hue Digital — through the chat on this site, a booking, or by texting us — you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (booking confirmations, reminders, replies and, where you have opted in, occasional updates).
- Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further text messages. You will receive one final confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent.

- Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Rogers, Bell, Telus, Freedom Mobile and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
Under CASL we keep a record of each consent (when and how it was given) and honour every unsubscribe request within ten business days — in practice, immediately.

We retain enquiry and client information for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you, plus a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal obligations and address claims. Consent records are retained for as long as the law requires.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent, or ask questions about our handling of your information.
